Have you ever felt low after intimacy or kinky fun? You’re not alone and within this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of what happens to our brain chemicals during play and afterwards. There are steps you can take to help reduce these feelings and we’re going to get into them during our time together. One of the major ways we can mitigate the feelings of drop is aftercare! There are different ways we can drop depending on the activities we engage in: sex versus play versus events.
Some other topics to be discussed will include:
- Ways to become closer with your partner
- Item recommendations to battle drop
- Transforming the negative feelings into a positive experience
- Mental health considerations
- Neurodivergency and how it affects drop
- And much more
