Refund/Return Policy: Items are custom made so all sales are final. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error with our merchandise, you can receive a free replacement or a refund if you contact within 30 days of product delivery.


Shipping Policy: Merchandise and clothing take 2-7 business days to ship. Games will arrive in 8-10 business days. Toys will take 2-3 weeks to ship since they are custom made. Larger furniture items may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship since everything is custom made.
